Returns accepted if goods damaged or faulty. Normal manufacturers guarantee apply to applicable products. Please check for damage to packaging before accepting delivery as this is always difficult to claim for after the event.
Refunds for items purchased will be given if:
1. Item is returned because it is faulty or damaged on delivery or
2. Item is not as described or we have sent the incorrect item or
3. Item’s of clothing / footwear do not fit correctly or
4. Buyer has changed their mind (within the 30 day cooling off period only) and goods have been unopened and included all packaging.
Postage refunds will be given for reasons 1 & 2 for delivery to customer and returning cost to us.
No returning postage or sending delivery cost refund will be given for reasons 3 or 4 unless agreed by us. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for this cost and to ensure the goods arrive to us in good condition.
Postage cost will be covered by us for exchanging damaged, faulty or incorrect items but not for exchanging different size clothing or footwear. Returns on some certain items may incur a handling charge (this is to be advised on request before purchase is made).
Faulty items may be collected via the manufacturer at their expense. We will notify customers in these circumstances when applicable.
If returning an item to us please ensure you use a signed for or recorded delivery service with applicable insurance to ensure safe delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
Items returned to us are your responsibility until received by us.
Please include all relevant paperwork or delivery note and contact details with returning items as without it we will not know who has sent the item. Returns will be accepted for a reason of exchange or buyer has changed their mind for up to 30 (Thirty) days after receiving item otherwise we have the right to refuse a return or we may charge a handling fee.
