This is a universal slater’s hammer, primarily designed for use with slate on roofs. This slaters hammer features a double ended head, with one side being a pointed head, designed to punch holes in slate tiles, and the other being a flat head which has been designed to hammer roofing nails into the roof batten.
This universal slaters hammer also has a nail hook, which is useful to remove roofing nails, and a wooden handle for maximum comfort and grip.
